Highcotton, Rigzone has the West Menang in Namibia, which is, technically West Africa. BUT, you say it's off Nigeria. Hope you are right. If it's down in Namibia ( an area I monitor for pre-salt ) it might be used by some of the companies with rights to the offshore blocks, Chariot Oil, and it's subsidiary, ENIGMA OIl, or it could be leased out to another British company, Tower Resources. Petrobras just farmed into one of the blocks also.
I suppose you may believe that Addax or SNP might want to contract it. Surely ERHC ENERGY won't be the one doing the contracting.
