In the last CC Rico said there would not be a PR on ReMax due to a request from his originators. Something about putting the originators at a disadvantage when trying to negotiate and compete on loans.

And no PR on the Celebrity deal since the celebrity wanted hundreds of thousands of dollars to use his/her name in a PR, which they said would be worth a lot of money in advertising. Rico said Expert is a small company, still growing, cannot afford to use that much money at this time for that type of advertising.
