George Sharp was the ex-CEO of Victory Capital when he sued them for fraud. Like Yasheng, one of their popular activities was acquiring other companies through "non-dilutive share exchange" agreements. Sound familiar?
I can understand him having an inside look at the fraudulent activities of Victory Capital, but what is his business with Yasheng? Is he a vigilante now?
