I TOS every post that SHOULD be enforced, and it gets no response at all. However, when someone calls me a moron, ANY RESPONSE I give will automatically be removed. As a matter of fact, I have already had my response removed while the offending post STILL remains.




IMO the moderators of BEHL have proven time and time again that they cannot, or will not do their job correctly and objectively. Enforcement is completely selective and it's based completely on who they like, and who they dont. If you are liked, you can break all the rules you want, if you aren't liked, the rules will be interpreted in the strictest sense to allow removal, and in some cases removed with no rules being broken at all.


That being said, the rules are so loosely generalized that nearly every post can be removed with the right interpretation.

I would like to submit myself as a board moderator so that the rules can be enforced fairly. If not me, then please find SOMEONE, anyone, else to do it because the current mods have proven they cannot be trusted. Their type of enforcement borders on what the SEC defines as stock manipulation via control of information.
