If a person buys shares after the R/S they can sell as they like.
Shares owned prior to the R/S have to be exchanged for the new ones and this takes time. During this time ppl with new shares can take the pps either up or down......

There are still liqued shares and some brokers receive the new shares faster then others......

My last play say my SP value go down -60% the first day, and, by the time I was able to trade, it was down -80% .....

I am not saying that will happen here.....I am just saying there is lick in period that you will be in where you cannot sell and the stock is trading.......

Unfortunately, there are some traders that can and do take advantage of such situations......

Why in the world do you think RS are so dreaded ?? not because they make any shareholders money, thats for sure....
