well, here are my thoughts on the 504:
as a shareholder these are always a pia......from the companies standpoint, i will give them very high marks for 'putting it out there', so to speak......most of the time, we never get an opportunity to see a SCH D.......
the upside to this is that he had 15 days prior to sell any amount he could up to $1mil, if the volume would sustain it......
from where i sit, it 'LOOKS' like they took off enough to cover the filing and the legal fees, ONLY!
there is the 'possibility' they may move this one up FIRST.....we'll know in a day or so......all just my .02
this is a better company than a lil trip 0 stock, imo, but if they decide to devalue it down to these levels,like hundreds of other lil 000 pos', there really isnt too much we can do about..........we'll just cut our losses and take our echeck books elsewhere!
its gotta be WIN/WIN.........shareholders and the company........
if EITHER one is injured.....its no win! right now he has make up work to do for shareholders!
if you are gonna do a 504 on the backs of shareholders you have to give them theirs!!!!!!!!! PERIOD otherwise this volume is gonna dry up in a hurry and this 504 will be a an overextended trainwreck that was handled very poorly!
if they move it UP......STRONG BUY!
if they move it DOWN....STRONGEST OF SELLS! i dont do koolaid!
