With 695K out that is .68 cents per share

assumming ENCP was smart enough to sell their 9.5M CPVD at .04 to .05

LOL Bet they still hold them at .0035 now!

Worth a call to the CEO to see:
a) what they did
b) whether they even knew the stock made a move LOL
