VYCO uplisted bout 6 months ago was a LLC now public and as per last 10q products to hit the market into next year. But already has hospitals and others using their devices. With this OS and float near nil based off L2s,historic moves,and volume imo i think could run BIGLY and make single pennies look like a golden treat imo. Only has traded a few hundred thousand shares in its lifetime I believe. I think this is the type of stock that can amaze and be more than a quick wonder moving forward imo.)DF
Vycor Medical, LLC, (the “Company”) was formed in June 17, 2005 under the laws of the State of New York. The Company converted its entity form on August 14, 2007 from a New York Limited Liability Company to a Delaware Corporation with 16,048 of common stock exchange for each partnership unit with 1122 units outstanding at date of conversion. The assets, liabilities and operations of the Company did not change pursuant to this reorganization, and the accompanying financial statements are presented as if the change occurred on the first day of the earliest period presented; thus all are references to number of shares prior to the date of conversion are based upon the common stock equivalent of the units.
