It is obvious the MM's want you to think there are a ton of shares at .0014. This is also a good sign as it means they are trying to get more shares under .0014, attempting to scare people into thinking there is a huge wall at .0014 and no sense in trying to buy there. Everything is stacking up like a run is about to start here with POPT
