why do you think it's not legit? 1) MYNG filed with SEC. 2)LWMG LLC is a real company and registerred and checked out. I provided information on LWMG here on one of my posts.
I believe now it's up to MYNG and LWMG to come to the acceptance of the term and price. They are both in Salt Lake City so they can get together and probably did last week to iron out the detail. We should hear about a Nay or Yay soon.
