My response was more about the claim of imminent news, which interests me more than the lawsuit (which I know nothing about and don't intend to rsearch).
The post doesn't really make any specific claims about the court case. "All legal issues have been resolved. This was required in order for the forward split to take place." says a lot less then it might appear at first glance.
