1) Do you know for sure what the shares added to the O/S have been used for?

No one knows that information except the Quasar insiders so we are all on a level playing field where that is concerned. But what we do know is the estimated revenue and earnings before taxes that these companies will provide, so adding the names really isn't all that important.

GEO, I'm sorry I can't give you the answers you seek. I have found some great DD and lucked into some others. I buy and sell based on my own DD and suggest you do likewise. You expect me to give you a YES in which your reply would be that I am either a liar, an insider, both, etc. The only thing I will say is I am very confident in my investment here and have put my money where my mouth is.

Its good that company didn't release those details.............they should only realease those details when its a done deal................I have been in a stock where the company announced the name of the target company before the deal was finalised.................guess what happened.............bashers called and ruined the deal................
