After taking Mr. Johnson at his word about his willingness to buy shares of this company I posted on this board my willingness to sell him shares.
He responded by calling me a fraud and saying that I do not have the shares.
I then sent this person a private message offering to sell him shares and he again failed to honor his stated intentions to buy shares privately by sending me the following private message:

I bought the 50,000 shares today at .04. I do not think
anything could be positive by screwing with you. I will
just simply stay with my stock broker and you can go on
your merry way. I tried to be of help but of course you
chose to not comply with my request. I do not need your
hundreds of thousands of shares. At this price I will
buy from the market. I know they are ok.
Now, really, who is the fraud, Mr. Johnson?
