BCIT has never claimed more than 80 shareholders of record.

Why is it so hard for you to understand what Street Name is? Are you that inept about how the system works? If you are, stay away from the stock market. While there may be 1500 people that have bought shares, most were bought through the market trading system used by brokers. This is partly why Megas dropped the law suit, IMO. There may be only about ten brokers that sold shares to around 1500 investors. Because they are held in street name, the system only sees 10 holders of the stock shares of BCIT. Stop trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
