I just got off the phone with Cody Kralik at TDameritrade. I let him know about my issue with level 2. He checked his system (third partly level 2) and said there is bid of .0001 and ask of .0002.
He said the otcbb securites are required to show accurate information three times a day on level 2. I asked him why is there a false ask at .0001 he said he doesn't show that but shows .0002 as best ask.
The long and short of this is only us retailers are showing NO Bid and ask at .0001. The other guys are showing .0001x.0002 on their systems. So i am going to add some .0002s later today if my bid at .0001 doesnt fill by end of day. Screw it. These mm's must be in trouble if they have to manipulate the system.
