I know you like to spam CSHD here...but I'm glad you did...because there is a perfect example of why the DTC doesn't care if your company is the worst penny scam on record, or whether you file on time or not...THEY WILL STILL CLEAR TRADES. They did it for years. They never stopped clearing it. Only the SEC revocation stopped the trading. There are no doubt hundreds of similar examples...but that is the best I know of.
And we are to believe the DTC is 'concerned' about BCIT filing status? I'm not fooled for second...
...BTW, I could delete your repeated references to my 'involvement' with CSHD...but I find it more useful to allow readers to observe your attempts to discredit other posters, and see it for what it really is....
