Don't think so. Revocation is the worst that can happen. ECGP CEO did exactly that...result....revocation. And he wasn't even slick about it...pinksheets filing showed over 700 shareholders of record, but he filed a 15-12g anyways. Besides, as I said, if you count street name shareholders as being 'of record', then 100s of pink stocks had better start filing...
