NEWS: Right after the market closed I managed to get hold of the CEO .He did not want to tell me much but all he said that all investors will hear from the company very soon. I asked him how soon and he replied 'within days'. From my understanding it seems like we will hear something this week . The other thing I noticed was that both CWDW and Palmaz had the same telephone numbers and office address. It all looks awesome when you join the dots together , I believe that we all will be rewarded huge for having shares in this little gem , its getting really interesting!!!

I have spoken to Steve Solomon about the Merger of two companies and he confirmed that this is not going to happen. “Neither my self or any of my directors said anything about a merger” Mr Solomon said.

So I am sorry to say this but it seems that the whole thing is just a pump by some to bring people in and dump at higher price. There is no 8-k filling and only 10Q due in 2-3rd week of November. Merger is a possibility and may happen in months or years !!!
