Go to Etrade..AS you buy they record individual buys on your port page. All you need to do is click the "+" sign next to your ticker and all your buys will be displayed..You can then pick and choose which lot to sell...

Easiest system I have come across to date. You just click the sell tab next to the lot...Great for flipping at several levels...You do it enough (30 trades per qtr?), you get free L2 with their PWR Etrade pro program....

Use "quick transfer" for 3 sec transfer of funds once its set up....GLTY

you can do that on Scottrade but you have to fill a form for the IRS, cant remember the name.
