Megas already PR'd that he was going to bring filings up to date. Energy Source would like to announce that it is, once again, becoming fully compliant in all corporate matters.
as it stated earlier in the same PR: The DTCC its officials and lawyers lead the company to understand that on the completion of all the normal regulatory requirements it would clear its stock for normal trading.
He should follow thru with what he just announced. i think he would PR it if he were to follow a different route.
