This is a great post, and one of the more interesting perspectives provided thus far.

While I don't like what they've done, necessarily, I don't know the circumstances, and if going against his word is what it has taken to keep this company afloat rather than staying the course and shutting the doors, I'm on board. I just wish the CEO would provide some insight into what's happening and why, and then perhaps less people would want his head.

As many have stated on here, no one should be bankrupt (understood as figuratively, of course...or maybe literal in some cases), unless they stupidly bet the farm on this company or any other fledgling stock. If they are, then it's their fault and none other. I'll admit that I've spent a significant amount more than I should have on this one, and I absolutely blame myself. I do hold out hope that they've survived what has likely been a couple of really challenging years for, well, any company. Until they shut the doors or someone goes to jail I have to believe that they're still engaged in te endeavor. Just my perspective...
