Do you want him to make something up? I also don't think they knew Scottrade was going to "no buy" SYNJ either. I think people are underestimating the negative effect that had.

How are they paying for a 2% dividend. Not from profits. They only have $63,000 in cash in the bank from their last filing. Think about it. They only had $7,700 is sales for the 1st 3 months of this year and a -$114,000 net loss.(last time they reported). Its called diluting. They push the share price down 70% selling stock so they can give us a 2% dividend. I think there was a time this company had great potential, but that window is narrowing very quickly IMO. They have no sales or products right now and are completely 100% dependent on this Grant or Financing for survival. All eggs are in 1 basket ...Not Good people. IMO.
