Melton Management is the organization that previously arranged the $1 million financing (would've been $2 million but there were technical filing issues). Based on Brad's comment, I'd surmise there is significant financing on the way. Perhaps this is why we're starting to see volume and share price rising.

Ol Henry, I noticed that very same thing. Do you suppose that the purpose of today's PR was intended for bigger fish than some of those that post here?

Ol Henry -

I've done some digging into Melton's past involvement in funding publically traded firms.... I haven't found anything that shows they have single-handedly funded, or lead the funding of a larger group, on the scale NVI requires... $5-10MM? What makes this situation sweeter than any previous deal public information shows Melton has entered into to date? Certainly, NVI's track record is far less interesting than any number of previous deals (see Edgar-Online).

I just don't buy-it; Melton leading capitalization of all that NVI needs in the next 12-24 months to finally get an FPGA completed, and ultimately to get an ASIC on the market (in addition to building out a viable company).

But, the week is young... we are told this is the week that good news will start to flow and the loyal few will be rewarded far beyond how we (the previous defenders; and trust me I've logged several 1000 very positive and defensive emails on NVI's behalf in the last 7-8 yrs) have been rewarded.

I'm not holding my breath on behalf of the most vocal supporters on this board, and I highly recommend they not hold their breath either. But, I do recommend they start holding Brad (specifically) accountable for not delivering as he has lead them to believe he would.... where is the news that was promised in this past summer's post-quiet-period PR? Where is the news that was supposed to come two weeks ago, last week, and now this week?
