1.Suggest you run a program to detect and destroy spyware that may have been placed on your computer.
2. You might try deleting some temp files.

Both of these can slow your computer down ALOT. (personal experience)

jbgoodtrader: i'm on rogers too (i have the regular hi-speed). I've noticed a bit of a slowdown over the past few weeks too. I lose my internet connection for aprox. 5 seconds about 20 times a day...it's so annoying!!
