fair? lol. are you kidding? after the criminal extortion and fraud of the DTCC and the inexcusable looking-the-other-way by the SEC?

.15 is not fair. you're entitled to it, but it's not anywhere near fair in a legal context given the circumstances.

i am concerned about some things here.

.15 is too low based on it's trading pattern before/after halt.
It was trading at .05 and had more than enough momentum to blow past .15.
