No. There are big enough boys invested here to "overwatch" the shepards actions. However, a 3'rd BOD would be welcomed by this shareholder.

I believe its important to be PRO-ACTIVE thus a note to the company of inquiry lets them there is interest in this area and that we expect them to fulfill their very own guidance to shareholders (a rarety here IMO).
