We keep going on about this; my Scottrade Broker told me that they the DTC Ban was Lifted; and that's is the only way I could transfer my IPWG Shares; From Scottrade to Etrade.

It is getting Old; and it does not serve any good for IPWG shareholders.

Gappa2 and I know it has been lifted off Scottrade.
