I like the way they're playing it. Wouldn't you have been a bit dismayed if the lawyer DID give hangdog juicy insider info? (a rhetorical question...I know what your answer is)

Bottom line is they're communicating outside the court room which is all we can ask for.

I still think a merger of some sort is in the works. But, that's just me I guess. ;-) I'm not bothered if some folks don't think it's at all a possibility or even a rational move. I posted my thoughts as to why I think this could be a possibility the other night.
