Guy's I am working on it and have been for a long time.

They do intend to file. They had a big dispute with the auditors on fee. I know, pay them and get it over with. That is not in the Chinese dictionary.

They assured me that they want to do the right thing. That includes taking care of the loans.

I am planning a trip there before year end. I listed a few conditions to the visit so it takes time. This will be my 3rd trip.

good decision selling this stock. one year after, still nothing. I'm trying to remember why I bought this stock to begin with. surely learn a lot from this (ETLT and CXTI were my last 2 blunders, and now adding GENX to the blunder list :) )
