Anyone familiar with the Cook Inlet oilfield knows this proposal by Cable Advertising sounds preposterous; not impossible, but preposterous. It would take some serious new information to change this picture. You apparently have none. From his response to my inquiries, I take it Mancini/Needham have none either.
Spark, you are particularly pathetic. I mentioned the Spark platform in Cook Inlet. I called it dead, but it does produce a little gas, as you do. This gas has been used to power turbine generators to keep marker lights running on the platform, but it is unmanned; lights on, no one home. Perfect.
