Z4, for me the "wiser" does not stand! LOL

I think your reasoning is good regarding growth overseas. Ships will be necessary to take raw materials to Brazil, Russian, India and China, and take finished materials out.

I, too, believe that the USA will be the laggard but over your ten year time frame I think you will be able to make money from all geographical sectors.

A huge problem will arise for the United States as a result of investment overseas. Money invested overseas will not help America increase its manufacturing base and therefore will not significantly lead to meaningful increases in employment.

But, I tend to see that as someone else's problem and will look out for my money.
