I get mail from the US Department of Justice almost every other week about stock scams. I can easily see action taken against this company in the near future. NOTHING has occurred that was stated, in fact just the opposite in many cases. Oh well, I guess some folks like striped jumpsuits.

YES and in general "forward looking" disclosures don't armour CEOs against misleading intentional public anouncments. IMO. Not that that's the case here :)
