Yup, I'm Canadian. In general, although we bitch and moan about it, we Canucks love our system. The most feared about any proposal to improve the system is the perception of an attempt to "Americanize" the system in any way.
In Canada it is illegal to pay for any medically necessary procedure out of your own pocket.
