AOK11, I have heard differnet opinions on the time frame for hearing from the FDA. I do not believe that anyone has made or can make such a definitive statement, although I certainly would be happy if it were so. Please state your source for saying "we were told the FDA has two weeks from the date of receipt", whcih was October 8th. Thanks.
If I remember correctly in the last conference call Dean stated the FDA had 30 days from the day the package was sent (Sept. 30) to appove/decline. So I understand we should know on or before Oct. 30th
