How is count down updates seen as spam when it refers to this company, 'Nutripure Beverages, Inc.', time of rollout of their products?

I'd be merely quoting their Press Release they've made public.

stating that we're 79 days before the 1st day of the next quarter of their product rollout shouldn't be seen as spamming.

IMO.

If I'm wrong, please explain.
