Hello Ray, ...Re. 2x S&P 500 Bear ETF, etc.

Here are some numbers for Oct. 15, 2009.

The S&P 500 Index was up 2.14%.

SDS was only down (0.64%). Shouldn't the decline be closer to (4.28%)?

The numbers are probably telling us something.

What's your take?
