People have concerns about this stock. Isn't that what a message board is for? The float has multiplied and we have no concrete answers as to why. Most people invest their money based on solid information and when that information is lacking or things are going on that don't seem to follow the stated plan, people get nervous. Most people don't like to lose money with a smile. When a CEO tells us that he shouldn't need to return to the capital markets for financing and turns around and issues 100 million shares, people worry. Now there may be a perfect explanation as to why he needed the additional funding. Just issue a PR and tell us why. No need to play with investor confidence if you are striving towards transparency.
