I disagree, saying the MM's are holding this down is always the reason that is given when a stock is in the dumps and not going up, it is what it is, company selling shares end of story, not saying this won't go up sometime but it isn't the MM's fault it is not going up. I hate that excuse, that was an excuse when this was at .0025 and .0018 and .0012, see the picture?
