Tombraider, look at the dd I posted yesterday. You will find that its not just a small spin off of Zoom. It is the whole business of Zoom, prior to its merger with Golden Lion. I'm not exactly sure what Golden Lion's business was, but its something different than what Zoom Tech was doing. So instead of having 2 different businesses under the same company, they chose to put all the communications business(all of the old Zoom Tech business model in the Zoom Telephonics company and left basically Golden Lion's business model for Zoom Tech. So as you can see from the financials. In the first two months of 2009, Zoom Telephonics has Revenue of nearly $6,000,000. And hopefully once they get the 3g products on the market, they will have alot more. Hope this makes sense.
