hey everyone....I just talked to dennis goett again today. I still think something is going on. His silence may be golden.

He stated that he is still an active member on the BOD, and acting CFO of SOFN.

I asked if there was anything he could tell me, he was hesitant to say anything. He said "I can't say if there is or isn't anything going on. It would be in violation of SEC rules to give information to investors in anyway other than a PR. So you will have to wait for the PR."

Then I said, " So there is a PR in the works?

He said they are trying to get everything in order but can't say anything.

I also asked who else was on the BOD, he said he didn't want to give any personal information as to who is involved right now. This leads me to believe that none of the previous people are active on the BOD.

I hope we get a PR soon with new management, etc...

I don't think this is done whatsoever. If the company was done, why would dennis still be an active Board member and why would he be so concerned about SEC.

Something is in the works IMO.

also....if you don't own shares and want to bash this stock, there is no need for you to be here. if you don't like this stock then leave.
