Tim: because the shares were issued and not cancelled.... does that mean the O/S is confirmed at 3.6 billion?

Consulting: yes. you can kind of have o/s maxxed out to match a/s but if the shares are restricted (as they are in this case) and as they're about to be canceled, there is nothing to worry about. We issued restricted shares to support ldsr-king merger but since the merger never came to fruition we can retire those shares originally issued and cancel them. I hope I cleared this up for you,.
