Trading, I agree.
I think a PR after hours would be a powerful release/explanation of the company position, and why?..again just to make the point, and perhaps to use as an example for many of the thousands of other businesses who have been damaged by the NSS'ers.....
If this is for real, AND it works... you can bet others will follow suit. Imagine if a couple hundred small, under attack companies did the same thing to Knight and others at the same time?... ouch....
of course, that is if this is for real.... we still just don't know until it happens. I would think the pricing and volume today would set the stage... so far it appears nobody is interested in the show....but maybe they all have tickets already and will show up at the last second to make an impressive entrance eh?....
would be fun... I would love to see a late PR that mounts the counter attack and makes their intent and position very clear.. .... maybe?
