Maybe not but their products work. Don't know why either Wowgreen or the Koreans just don't buy them. Maybe it will happen after the lawsuits are settled and the SEC is done. GLTY.

Exactly. If Jared made a million or two, I would be very surprised. I would then check to the books to make sure they weren't cooked. Jared's truth contains about 90% BS. He is as clever as they come with wording.

Well Jared said forecast was based 80% on Wowgreen and he had projections so either they exist or not. We shall see if he supplys that in the case. The supply agreement part of the contract was always dependent on when Wowgreen assumed their own production which it appears they have and thus why the Wowgreen chunk did not happen for the supply part. The formula part of the contracts which were more heavily weighted to future years when sales would be very large was to go on for what Jared claimed was many years. Think he said 50. So, any negotiations going on are probably over the formulas. EESO has a whole commercial side that Murph was supposed to be growing seperately. Murph said we would hear things in the FALL but not sure what his status or how the SEC thing is complicating any big deals. I would assume Jared has that 1.2 million to fund the business if he is being truthful about funds going back into the business. Again we shall see what presented in EESO response to complaint.
