Just thinking about it...the chain of events...10billion shares authorized...Poland project mentioned...financing pretty much in the bag...meeting announced...peter resigns and makes a pubic statement that hes going after those people and institutions that caused harm to IPWG and shareholders...IPWG is mentioned in the lawsuit(NOT AS A DEFENDANT) and coincidentally DTC places "chill" on the stock hmmmmmmmmm....Whatever the case might be, Peter is determined to catch and punish the people that caused harm to all of us...I recall speaking to him about 2 years ago, and he mentioned a person who was intentionally working against the company by naked shorting millions of shares etc. So now that the company is about to turn the bad stone over and begin new exciting path...its time for revenge!
Another clue that all this was planned is the fact that they are changing the name and issuing new cusip #'s......btw i was placed on the call list for the conference call tom, looking forward to that...GLTA
