So I am thinking that if he takes stock for that remaining 4.8 mil + interest that would me a good thing. A bit of a higher share count in exchange for not having debt on the books. Also when Dr. J mentioned this the feeling I got was he would be pleased if it happen this way.

Did you see we picked up another analyst today..it will be nice once we get some more new from DP.
