zen... if Rick Kusmirski is a major player in Uranium, is it possible that he has a connection with WMC Resources (who is heavily in Copper, Gold, and Uranium)???

I have tried to search for the Lundin connection... will try for the Rick Kusmirski connection!

Not sure where the 'WMC Resources being the next dividend' rumor started but worth looking at... just in case!

Thanks for your posts and have a good weekend!!!!!

Zen how do you see this whole ball of wax?

I still favour the Roll Up strategy I have not discounted DeBeers or even money from a profoundly higher plain hard at work here. What I do think I witness is continuing evidence of a massive Roll Up business model.

Would you agree with that? Does this appear to be a Roll UP to you?

Oh BTW Nice job you were first to have the guts to post the Lundin "connection". That needs recognition today I think BRAVO old boy!!!! :) I actually had thought maybe many months ago but dismissed it as too heady did not follow up on the hunch. :(

Anyway! Kudos! :)

Best....Rich

Hmmm

What's this in bed remark? If you were a professional, you would say they are networking.

He is in bed with the Lundins through his JNR joint ventures.

Zen, does it seem strange to you that Urban would be interested in uranium exploration up in the Athabasa Basin if we do not have a significant uranium deposit or two in the FALC?

The more I think of it, the more I believe that uranIUM is what we have, at least in the two oreos... Uranium oxide is non-magnetic, right? Remember when they first started drilling the oreo and they had to move the rig after intercepting significant groundwater? I thought that very odd, as groundwater would do nothing to affect drilling or core samples of kimberlite containing diamonds... I understand that uranium is commonly mined, using a leaching process, so it stands to reason that the uranium oxide might be to some extent water-soluble (I haven't been able to confirm that yet)? I guess you can see where I am going with this. I'm thinking of the other non-magnetic oreo located in the swamp... Guess we might have an idea now why that one was not the first to be drilled?

I believe the company knew all along what they had there from the TDEM survey, however they just needed a confirmation of concentrations. They apparently found what they were looking for and appear to have moved on...

So, now we know what we will be getting from UCA and also know the paltry sum that was supposed to have been paid by CMKM for this. I think we are just seeing the very tip of the iceberg here... do you?

All speculation for sure, LOL

Cheers, Scruffy

Zen,

f the MMs continue to suppress the price during the distribution of the various dividends it would seem they're getting into deeper and deeper water. I've heard forward splits of our dividend companies proposed as a way to maximize the pain of the shorters. But I think what we need to do is totally disconnect the shorters so we can move forward as a legitimate company. Filing and share structure are two important moves. But wouldn't a reverse merger be the death knell for shorters? These guys are desperate and anything short of making CMKX a shell hile shifting valuation to another entity seems to be potentially ineffective. What do you think?

Thanks!
