how can you say nothing will remain ? the name behl is an asset. go ahead and tell me it is not. go ahead and talk around this because it is not a houshold name yet. there are copy right laws in this country, as the name of a company is one of its assets, and worth a lot of money in many cases. others can not use them. the name behl is one of the assets that will be aquired. when the bloger says dennis told him the shares would still be worth something, why do you say the shares will have on assets under them. the name goes to the new company...it is an asset as well. many companys have subsiderys under them that are run independet, and trade the same.
