I guess it all depends on your point of view. You could also ask what promises she made in exchange for that 'good advice'. This is why I usually try avoid debating politics or religion. Underlying belief systems cloud interpretation of the facts and issues are rarely resolved.
Zeev, regarding "the profit is fair" may or may not be true. What if, perchance, profits had been allocated her way? I'm not suggesting this as fact, but merely raising the speculation that your statement may not be as factual as appears at first blush. AK
