Ok Gorilla, you got me curious now. I looked it up and of course I didn't count the warrants in my estimate yday. So basically yes with the warrants which are almost in the money now and of course needs to be taken into the fully diluted category we are at almost 260 million.

Just one thing. I wrote "almost" 260 million because in the 8k filing from 28.september I can only count 34 million, how do you come up with 38 million?

Anyway my PE guestimate was about right yday and you are right of course when you say we get some new shares for the Subaye buyout but the sales growth will be tremendous at the same time.
