The problem rich, is that many (I have not read all of your posts to know if you fall in this group) base those obstacles (i.e. sustainability, COOS upgrade, mayor/council opposition, etc.) on the viability of the CPD plant coming to fruition, which is proving to be unlikely. If you really have done your DD and talked to the CPD PM, you would know that the CPD proposal has many more obstacles than the LLEG proposal. I really hope you have talked to Mr. Gabler if this outcome affects you financially.
